Cancellation & No Show Policy
Cancellation of an appointment without 24 hours notice will result in a $25.00 fee added to your next appointment.
No shows will be charged 100% of service price.
Pets & Kids
For safety reasons, pets and children are not permitted in the treatment room.
Refunds
We DO NOT offer refunds on any services.
If you experienced an allergic reaction, or are simply not satisfied with your lashes, we would be happy to remove the lashes free of charge.

Sickness
Due to the close proximity between client & lash tech, we respectfully ask that you reschedule your appointment if you are sick. We have the right to turn away any client who appears to be unwell. Thank you for your understanding.
